Refund Policy

1. General Scope

Because WeblancePro delivers custom design and engineering services, resource hours are allocated immediately upon contract signing. We handle refunds according to the phase of production.

2. Cancellation Timelines

• Before Design Phase: 100% refund of deposit is applicable if requested within 24 hours of signing and prior to project briefing.
• During Design Phase: 50% refund is applicable to cover designers' time once layout wireframes have been drafted.
• During/After Coding Phase: No refunds are issued once coding builds have initialized.

3. Revisions

To ensure clients are fully satisfied, all packages include dedicated review iterations (Startup: 2 rounds, Business: 4 rounds, Enterprise: Unlimited rounds) to perfect the styling and structure prior to launch.
